Miss Huddy's Barbecue: Commercial Food Photography
For their 2025 branding update, I captured new commercial food photography and product shots for Miss Huddy's Barbecue, a local family-run food truck in Pullman, Washington. Serving Pullman residents and plenty of Washington State University students during the truck's weekend cooks, Miss Huddy's provides Central Texas-style barbecue for the town's tight-knit community.
Run by Tim and Molly Schotzko, this truck has become a Pullman staple in the summers. As I took on documenting product stills and the environment of a big weekend cook at the truck, I focused on capturing detailed food flat lays and general candids of interactions between the Schotzkos and their loyal customers. These photos have been used to update Miss Huddy's website and to provide social media content for evergreen use in promotions.
